As per eventbrite:

Program Details:

Location: Online on Zoom

Date & Time: Tuesday, October 28th, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Caregivers are important. The help and support of a caregiver can improve the quality of life and independence of a person who needs care. Caregiving can also be hard work. Caregivers need to take care of themselves and their own mental health.

This progam will have lessons and activities to help you learn how to keep yourself healthy while you're caregiving for someone else.

In this interactive program, you'll:

  • Learn about what caregiving is

  • Explore why mental health matters

  • Learn ways you can take care of your mental health as a caregiver

This workshop was developed by ABC Life Literacy Canada and is presented with support from The Alexion Charitable Foundation.
