Join the Toronto Public Library for the Aging Well in Toronto Program Series at the Toronto Public Library - North York Central Library, Room 1. Participants will explore the benefits of eating healthy and staying active as they age. In this fun and interactive session, participants will work through a physical exercise circuit which will highlight a variety of different low impact exercises designed to maintain range of motion and general fitness as one ages.
