How to Register
Hi we are Carebee. Launched in 2018, we’ve been busy helping families connect to the services and resources they need during the later stages of their lives.
Our vision is to be the trusted all-in-one place community for senior services and resources. Our mission is to connect real people and families to real businesses that can serve their unique needs and lifestyle choices.
How Carebee Does It?
1 - Understand all your options
Our Senior Services Rolodex provides families with options. Sometimes we don’t know what we need until we see the options laid out in front of us. We’ve created 28 unique service categories to choose from (Fitness, Sports, Music and other Therapies, Home Maintenance, Housing Alternatives, Meals and Grocery Delivery, Adult Day Programs, Hearing, Home Care, Foot Care and much more). You can also search the Carebee Rolodex by your particular need, such as “I am looking for new things to do” or “I need help after a dementia diagnosis’ or “I need help with supports after a fall”, which will lead you to all relevant options and resources you should look into to support your current needs.
2 - Narrow down your options and find the right service
Our unique filters help you get down to what’s important when searching for a service in a particular service category. The filters are specifically designed to help eliminate any options that are not a good fit for your particular situation.
3 - Meet & Connect with the business
Once you land on a business landing page, you get to learn more about them and how they can be of use to you. To connect with the business, click the ‘Request More Information’ button and fill out the brief form, which lets them know more about you and when they respond (24h-48h), they will be better equipped to address your particular situation. You’ve just established a connection with a legitimate business serving the community. A process that just took you 15-30 minutes, could take days and weeks when just going through google and trying to find what is available and right for you.

A Note on Premium Members: Some business landing pages look different. They offer business logos, a verified badge and more personal messaging from the business alongside any further pictures and videos. That is because they are Premium members. They support us on our mission and vision and are part of helping us do what we do and keep persevering on our mission. We do not push these business on top of our search or lead you towards them - finding the right service is fully based on you and your search criteria. Why Carebee Does It?
Currently, there is no place we can go to to find all available options to manage our health (physical, mental, social). How do we know what we need and once we do, how do we find all avialable options applicable to us? Friends and family may not have gone thorough the same health or life conditions and they may not be able to support us with relevant recommendations. And google? It’s overwhelming and takes hours on end with a lot of irrelevant suggestions.
How to Register?
It’s Free and Simple! Visit www.carebee.ca/welcome-members and register for your profile by providing your first/last name, email address and create your password. You will then receive a few verification emails directly to the provided email address. Once you confirm, you are ready to browse, by clicking the Rolodex button within the Members Home landing page and you will be included in our bi-weekly newsletter. Make sure to check out our events page - we include tons of senior and family-friendly events that are both informative and fun.
