Seniors focused transportation companies normally operate within a specified geographic radius. Key points to consider when looking for transportation services include: eligibility requirements, advance notice period for service bookings and pre-registration with the service provider. Rides are normally booked and cancelled via the phone. Some companies advise that though booked in advance, ride service may not be guaranteed, so it's always a good idea to have a back-up plan. We have attached an Uber usage guide under the general Transportation category, to assist with any last minute cancellations.
