StrongerU participants move and groove their way to healthier hearts and lungs. This program uses interesting movement combinations set to music to engage each of the major muscle groups. Each class begins with a warm-up, progressing into more challenging movement and ending with a full body stretch. We will also challenge are balance for fall prevention.
