Long and Strong Muscles for Mobility w/ Michelle by St. Demetrius

This class format draws on the EssentricsTM movement technique. You will experience a full-body workout strengthening and stretching muscles while standing (with a chair for support). The dynamic, flowing movements of this class format are gentle on joints and aim to address imbalances in the musculoskeletal system. By working the body’s 650 muscles and 360 joints through dynamic movements like those of Tai Chi and Yoga, the class can help improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance and range of motion.
