Gentle Fit is a slow-paced fitness class for seniors aged 60 and over, appropriate for all fitness levels. The program includes cardiovascular exercises that train big muscle groups while mixing music and dancing motions to create an aerobic workout. It also incorporates muscular conditioning with little equipment, such as floor work or chair-based workouts. Zumba, HIIT Boot Camp, Cardio Dance: Bollywood, and Cardio Dance: Hip Hop are among the programs on offer. This course is excellent for people who have low bone density or osteoporosis. Registration is needed, and space is limited.
