Distance & Surface: Up to 8 km paved concrete trail along the Humber River, mostly flat and ideal for walking aids.
Why it's great for seniors: Easily accessible from Old Mill Station; benches and access points along the route; shaded river views.
2. Martin Goodman Trail (Waterfront Trail)
Distance & Surface: Long, flat, paved multi-use path stretching ~56 km beside Lake Ontario; you can pick a short, senior-friendly section.
Why it's great for seniors: Scenic lakeside strolls, numerous rest areas and accesses via TTC; smooth surface, minimal slopes.
3. High Park (Grenadier Pond loop + accessible paths)

4. Don Mills Trail (Leaside Spur Trail)

5. Wilket Creek Trail / Sunnybrook Park to Edwards Gardens
